1. The gear thickness of this machine is 50mm. It is quenched and tempered by 40 chrome steel forgings. After the gear is processed, the hardness can reach 45-48HRC after high frequency quenching treatment. The whole machine is equipped with a vacuum suction auxiliary leading edge paper feeding system. The paper feeding method has the functions of printing, grooving and die cutting of corrugated cardboard at one time. The computer control unit adopts multiple sets of communication computer adjustments. The host computer adopts a large-screen PLC unified control system, which can independently control the paper feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit, and die cutting unit. The printing plate roller is equipped with a hanging plate zeroing device. And equipped with anyway foot switch. 2. The grooved part is pre-load with double crimping wheels. The slotting depth and 360° phase of the machine are electrically driven by the computer. The left and right movements of the grooved cutter head and the crimping wheel preloading wheels are all electrically adjusted by the screw. Scale reading. The slotted phase adjustment mechanism is a planetary gear structure, and the machine's transmission shaft is connected to the paper with a maximum wheelbase of 210mm to achieve a minimum of 230mm paperboard. 3.
